At the moment only hotels.

How do I join the Horse21 Affiliate Program?
To join the Horse21 Affiliate program you need to fill in the affiliate program registration form. After that you will be sent a letter confirming your registration and containing your personal ClientID as well as further user instructions for the Horse21 Affiliate program.

Is it possible to make agreement as physical person and non-resident of Russian Federation? With what consequences? (40% tax?)
Yes, it is possible without any consequences.

What do I do next to the registration?

There are two kinds of the Horse21 Affiliate program. Basic Affiliate program is implemented onto your site as a hotel booking form. A user of your site fills in the form and is then redirected onto the Horse21 hotel reservation website where he/she can view the results of hotel search and book a hotel. If, for some reason, it is not possible to implement the booking form onto your site, you can choose to implement Horse21 hotel reservation banners instead. Nevertheless, according to past experience, the booking form reveals itself to be more effective than banners, as it attracts more users and has a higher conversion.

Where can I view my sales and the commission fee due to me?

I implemented the Horse21 Affiliate program on my website but there is no conversion from my site to the Horse21 site and no sales. Why?

How can I check that the Horse21 Affiliate Program has been correctly installed on my site and that the conversion from my site is correctly calculated?
It is very simple to check if the conversion from your site is correctly fixed by the system. Open the index page of the Partner’s Personal Office in a browser window and take note of the parameter «Number of visits for today». Open your site in another window. Disregarding of which Affiliate Program Type you use (booking forms, banners, etc.), move to the Hotel Reservation Site (by clicking the banner, the link or using the booking form). When the Horse21 Reservation Website opens, reload the index page of Partner’s Personal Office. The “Number of visits” for today should increase by 1.

How do you follow my sellings?
All affiliates of Horse21 have personal identificators (ClientID). The Affiliate program is ajusted to have customers coming from Partner's website bring the ClientID onto the Horse21 hotel reservation site. After the customer is redirected onto Horse21 hotel reservation site, customer's further actions are followed by means of cookies. Thus, while a sale is being realized on the Horse21 hotel reservation site, the system automatically recognizes the personal ID of the Partner whose site redirected this customer.

It is to note, besides, that the cookie enabling the Horse21 reservation system to identify the customer is then conserved within a long term (more than 30 days). Thus, in case if the customer coming from Partner's site makes his/her order after a while only, he/she will anyway be considered as client of the Partner whose site redirected this customer.

Which of this terms in statistics system implies reservation: "Billing invoices" or "Number of orders"?
«Billing invoices» stands for the quantity of booking orders upon which the hotels were invoiced for the checked-in guests. The Partner touches commission charges out of the total income of billing invoices. «Number of orders» stands for the quantity of orders made by Partner's customers regardless of their check-in or no-show at the hotel.

What is my commission from each reservation?
In the Horse21 Affiliate program partners touch 70% on commission charges Horse21 reservation system gets from hotels. The amount touched by Partner depends on the hotel room price and on how long the customer stays at the hotel.

When do I receive my commission fee?
The amount due to Partner is transferred to Partner's account after Horse21 gets commission charges from hotel. There are no commission charges in case if the customer cancelled his reservation or in case of no show. Commission charges can decrease in case if the customer checked in but he/she stayed in the hotel less than it had been planned in the moment of booking.

The amount due is transferred to Partner on Partner's request but not before the amount on Partner's account in Horse21 totals 100 EUR. Thus, Partner can obtain from the Affiliate program every 100 EUR or Partner can choose to continue accruing interest on his/her personal Horse21 account.

How do I receive my commission fee?
There are several ways to output your funds from the Horse21 Affiliate program:
- bank transfer (for legal persons);
- transfer to an operating credit cart account;
- output using PayPal system.

Is it possible to receive commission fee onto operating account belonging to a physical person?
No. Only funds of legal persons can be transferred onto operating account. Physical persons become their funds by other means.
