Booking Forms

1. Pro Booking Form

This kind of form gives you the possibility to install on your site a full-function Hotel Reservation System. From your site, User inputs data into the form, looks through the search results, gets information on the available hotels. The transition to the Horse21 Reservation System website comes only after User has already chosen the hotel he/she wishes to book.

Advantages of using this kind of form:

- User sees the search results directly on your site.
- The Form can be adapted to your website design (the form is delivered under basic codes).
- You have the possibility to offer hotel reservation services on your behalf (the booking form on your site does not mention the Horse21 Brand ; at the final stage of booking which is realized on the Horse21 Reservation System Booking site User also may see Partner’s logo).

To use the booking form with search results show on Partner’s site, your site must support the PHP Version 5.

To install this kind of form onto your website:

1. Register in the Horse21 Affiliate Program. After you have registered, you get a letter with your unique Partner’s ID System Number (ClientID) and instructions concerning implementation of different booking forms.

2. After the Form has been installed onto your website, within three days, you get a confirmation letter in your E-mail-box stating activation of your account in the Horse21 Affiliate Program and containing data to enter the Statistics System. Afterwards, you will be able to view statistics on conversion and sales realized on your site using the Statistics System.

2. Master Booking Form

This kind of form differs from the first one by the fact that hotels found by the Hotel search are shown the user directly on the Horse21 Reservation System Website.
There is a possibility of special tuning (changing height, width and colors) of the Booking Form for its optimal matching with the design of your website. The Form is given the Partner in original HTML and PHP codes and the Partner is allowed to do modifications which do not affect the functional.

- Does not take much space (can be used at the place of a banner).
- Can be installed in any place on the Webpage (not only in the center but also in the right, left, any other block on the page).

To install this kind of form onto your website:

1. Register in the Horse21 Affiliate Program. After you have registered, you get a letter with your unique Partner’s ID System Number (ClientID) and instructions concerning implementation of different booking forms.

2. To install this kind of form onto your website:

1. Register in the Horse21 Affiliate Program. After you have registered, you get a letter with your unique Partner’s ID System Number (ClientID) and instructions concerning implementation of different booking forms.

2. After the Form has been installed onto your website, within three days, you get a confirmation letter in your E-mail-box stating activation of your account in the Horse21 Affiliate Program and containing data to enter the Statistics System. Afterwards, you will be able to view statistics on conversion and sales realized on your site using the Statistics System.

Files for registered Partners

After the Horse21 booking form is installed onto Partner's site, the list of countries and cities available for booking will be kept on Partner's site. As the Horse21 Reservation System is constantly replenished with new hotels, the system widens its geography as well multiplicating cities where one can book hotels using the Horse21 reservation service. That is why we recommend our partners to update the file with cities and countries from time to time (once every two or three months). The latest file version can be found here. After you have downloaded the geographyAvailable.xml file, put it into the data folder and save it in place of the previous file with the same name.
