Horse21 Booking Agreement

Hors B.V., known as Horse 21 or Horse XXI*, hereinafter called Horse21, offers online reservation services to the customer on condition that the customer will read and agree with the contents of the present agreement. Horse21 does not take any responsibility if the users misunderstand the rules and principles of the functioning of the system. If you are not going to accept our conditions, please do not use this site.

Horse21 does not offer its own services. Horse21 acts as a consolidator for its hotels-partners, which offer their services on the given site. The final contract is signed between you and the hotel where you make your reservation. You are therefore subject to their cancellation conditions. Horse21 strongly recommends you to read their conditions before proceeding with your reservation.

When you make a reservation, the necessary reservation data and your credit card details are passed on to the hotel. As you book a hotel using a credit card, you accept automatically the transmission of these data. The credit card you use to make a reservation is to be legally yours or you must be legally authorized to use it. In case of ‘no show’ (not arriving at the hotel) or violation of the cancellation policy, the hotel defines the size of penalty fee and charges a penalty to the credit card according to the policy of the hotel.

Reservation with prepayment: the payment is made via credit card at the moment of booking. This prepaid reservation cannot be canceled or modified. The sum is non-refundable even in case of no-show (not arriving at the hotel). By clicking on "I Agree" button you authorize Hors b.v./Horse21 to charge this sum to the credit card. In return for this you receive a hotel accommodation voucher.

Some reservations may require a non-refundable fee at the moment of booking. This administration charge is not refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show as it defrays our expenses for processing of your reservation. You will see a notice about the amount of this charge in your booking form before you enter the credit card. By clicking on the "I Agree" button you authorize Horse21 to charge your credit card for that amount. The rest amount, including fees and charges, should be paid directly to the hotel.

Rates are displayed in EUR and based on the current exchange rate; payments to the hotel will be effected in local currency. Currency rates and costs are subject to permanent fluctuation and Horse21 cannot be held liable for the accuracy of prices at any particular time on this site.

Horse21 will try to contact you by e-mail, telephone or fax if there is any new essential information related to your booking.

According to our system policy your booking order cannot be cancelled or modified by the operator. You can cancel the reservation on our site www.horse21.net or on this page http://catalogue.horse21.net.

Liability Disclaimer.

Horse21 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information available on this site at all times. However, Horse21 does not assume or guarantee that all the information is up-to-date or fault-free, as our service is based on the information given by the third parties. Horse21 will try to correct any errors or omissions as quickly as possible after being notified but cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions.

Horse21 does not take responsibility for products and services offered by us as consolidator for our hotel partners or for any aspect of the external relationship between you and the hotel partner. Horse21 does not accept liability for any loss or damages brought on as a result of a reservation on this site or use of this site. Horse21 does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on ’availability’, quality or performance of products and services provided on this site or on sites of affiliate partners using the Horse21 database and reservation system.

Although Horse21 makes every effort to protect the site from virus infection or anything else that may have destructive or damaging properties, Horse21 does not provide any warranty or guarantee.

Privacy Policy.

Horse21 concerns very seriously about the preservation of confidentiality and protection of the information. In accordance with European personal data protection laws we apply strict security procedures to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access.

• We disclose your personal information to third parties solely for the purposes of completing your booking through our system, in order to provide you with the information and services you have requested.
  
• Registration and providing of additional information are voluntary. The given information is used only for improvement of quality of service and information put to your disposal.
  
• Horse21 protects all card holder data received from Customer, in accordance with the Payment Card Security Standard requirements.
  
• The information you enter for the performance of the booking is protected by SSL technology. This latest most secure technology encrypts all your personal and credit card data. SSL allows your browser to encrypt data automatically before you send it to us.
  
• Our servers and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. Information which you send to Horse21 by e-mail is not secured; that is why do not send sensitive information (like credit cards data) by email. If you do it, you accept the risk of it.
  
• You can know that you are in a zone of secure surfing during processing of the booking by a “lock” sign in the bottom part of the customer`s browser. This sign remains there all time while you are in a secure zone of surfing.
• We recommend you, if you are not sure your computer is protected enough, check up its protection, by addressing to appropriate experts.

The data, artwork, related programs, scripts and intellectual property are copyrighted properties of Horse21.

This site is strictly for private, non-commercial use. You cannot use this site and its subsequent contents for any illegal purpose. Moreover, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, copy, distribute, transfer, display or sell any of content included in this site, without written permission of Horse21 obtained in advance.

Horse21 reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any terms of these conditions and notices under which this site is offered.

The Dutch law is applicable to the whole content of this agreement. You hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts in all disputes arising out of the use of this website.
