Hosteria del Recodo was undertaken with local professionals. Taking into account the characteristics of its construction-it can be said that it was almost a handcrafted and innovating work in this area houses are normally built with wood and corrugated iron sheets-since until the moment in which it was built only the winter ski resort had been built with these characteristics.
Built with stone and local wood lenga-the Hosteria del Recodo was growing step by step and with a lot of effort. In order to get the real picture it must be mentioned that every stone used in the construction was previously and carefully selected taking into account its size and shape.
The interior walls of the Hosteria del Recodo are completely covered. It was decided to leave in some places for example in the reception lobby the lenga wood and the stones uncovered mainly in the fireplace.
The breakfast room / dining room is upstairs-surrounded by large windows through which you can see the Beagle Channel-the city Ushuaia and the mountains. USH-Ushuaia 2 mi NW
