The staff were very competent, the booking of excursions and Untenehmungen ran swiftly and completely straightforward, the staff were always helpful. A sauna would be nice.	8

Only a very green traveler will not find this hotel! It is located 50 meters from the tram line D (D). The hotel is within walking distance to the palace Lihteynshteyn, so that those who for the first time in Vienna will not be difficult to find. We arrived in Vienna on the Western Railway Station (Westerbanhof), took a taxi and did not want to tinker with things, it was the second week of our trip to Europe.We paid 11 euros. But the tram D goes straight to the Eastern Railway Station (Sudenbanhof), so we sat on it when they went on to Prague. There is stopping next to a restaurant Centermeter, good food and good prices. The hotel has no air conditioning, but we are in-general something was not a hindrance, we just opened the window when leaving. Among the hotel staff, all such typical straight Austrians!Such right and responsible. In my opinion - for this price, this small and cozy and truly Austrian otelchik - just a great option.	10
