We offer a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel 08:00 to 18:00 and hotel to the airport 07:00 to 17:00. To use this service you will need to reserve it before hand to see if we have availability. We will require the following information to reserve the shuttle service: Flight number and company, time of arrival, name of airport and which hotel you have a reservation at. On all periods below, In case of Paytell, it MUST be advised at the time of booking, otherwise the hotel will consider the credit card informed, and it will not be authorized change of payments after the reservation confirmed -Please make sure that all reservations are clearly mentioned ways of payments- 15Pct commission to travel agencies to all reservations with check in until 30Jun/ 2008 12Pct commission to travel agencies to all reservations with check in between 01.Jul to 30.Aug/2008. Paytell is not applicable for the over-commission promotion. Hotel will pay TA commission directly. NEW YEARS PACKAGE CONDITIONS/ From the period between 25th DEC/2008 to 31st DEC/2008 ? NEW YEARS PACKAGE the hotel requires a valid credit card with valid expired date and authorization to full prepayment with 20 days prior to arrival /CCD policy/ otherwise hotel will not hold the room. In case of Paytell it MUST be advised at the time of booking otherwise the hotel will consider the credit card informed and it will not be authorized change of payments./Please make sure that all reservations are clearly mentioned ways of payments/ During these special periods all cancellations must be 20 days before check in date to avoid any penalty. Payments received are NON REFUNDABLE. In case of cancellation after due date or no show we will charge for the entire package period /04 nights for New Years/ as stated on the minimum length of stay.
