I recently traveled to Hong Kong in early August. The hotel I liked - and the location udachanoe, and the price of room is quite decent. I stopped at 20 floors, in-room overlooking the harbor (they are the best). The hotel is very close to the business center, as well as a street Lockhart, in the vicinity of Wan Chai, which is considered entertainment.I highly recommend anyone looking for hotels in Hong Kong gentle price. There is a hotel and disadvantages, big, in my opinion, the flaw - the lack of the Internet, as well as the bar! But internet card to use wireless internet is available in stores 7-11, their near enough. You then need to be near any phone booth.One is next to the hotel, so Im even with its 20 floors could enter the Internet. It is not enough bars!;)	10
