It easy to reach a hotel, employees are polite, you can return at any hour without problems, the bathrooms are clean, and breakfast is excellent.	8

Proximity to the tram and bus so it was easy and take care of the different parts of the city The cleaning of the carpet will be much better. There was no søvsugd a single time during our five days long stay	6

And the second time I stay at this hotel. Considering that I traveled alone the quality / price ratio was excellent (25 € per night for single use). The location is central, but I choose on purpose, I am attached in Prague 3. By tram to get anywhere (5, 9, 26) pass near the hotel and 58 nights. Breakfast is adequate for the price, the rooms clean and functional. Some might find annoying noise of the tram passing in front. Linen changed daily staff speaks good English (one exception to ...). One thing I appreciate is the list of drinks / foodstuffs contained in the mini bar with its price (which is, strangely, not inflated). The receptionist who covered the day shift during my stay cafoneria showed a moderate, but I was not surprised, since I had already met during my first visit to Victoria. Ask the hotel if there was even an internet corner caused puffs, irritated eyes and answers such as The city is full of internet point. His English is ridiculously fast and sometimes incomprehensible. The key card is demagnetized often, the problem has happened to me and to other customers, the reception is resolved in all 5 minuti.Sono the only unsatisfactory remarks that I find in this hotel that, on balance, I always like to more.	8

Convenient location. Suitable price for tourists. Breakfast is quite sootvetstyuyut three stars. Staff are always ready to help. Spacious rooms, convenient for family or friends. I recommend to change the flooring in the rooms, very dirty ...	8

The bathroom is newly renovated and is properly cleaned. linen was replaced daily. staff is friendly. soap / shower gel was not replaced daily though it had been consumed. Breakfast at 10.00 oclock it was not possible, nor even gave us even a coffee. too much rigidity in the management.	7

De kamer was erg leuk, het ontbijt was zeer goed. Het personeel niet erg vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Tram draait dag en nacht voor de deur. Niet dicht bij attracties.	8

De nabijheid van het station, tram en de stad. hotel moet atleast een fan (AC niet AVL) in de kamer als in de zomer warm is. is er geen goede sap op b-first. display moet een aantal zoekertje hamsteren bij het begin van de straat naar het hotel voor makkelijk te vinden	7
