Fantastic value for money. Clean basic room with daily maid service. Breakfast was very good considering an all in twin room price of Ј75 for four nights including breakfast for two people!! Location superb for all main attractions with both river (3mins walk) and Old town 15 minutes away. Lots of restaurants. Would have no hestitation in going back.

Acabo de llegar de un viaje a Praga en el que me instalado en este hotel. Si pensais viajar a Praga y me permitis un consejo no se os ocurra instalaros en este sitio: te come la mierda por tos los laos, las abitaciones son cutrisimas, el personal cuando te quejas se limita a reirse d ti...Nos hemos llegao a encontrar botellas por los pasillos, condones en la terraza....la comida asquerosa, los alrededores son bastante pobres...Elegir otro sitio por favor!!!!!!!!

To my mind, the hotel is quite wonderful. I've enjoyed all the time spent there. The stuff & reception workers are nice too. I came back yesterday so i miss everything so much...:'(

I want to say that your hotel is not so nice , not as hotel in fact, but its staff.I have information that some people whose worked in your hotel cannot receive their earn money,because the workers whose have to pay them simply ignore them.here is the question : why people whose had worked for some months couldn't receive money ? It's look like slavery ! We live in 21 century! I want to say that people which obligations include to look for the normal work of hotel 'ALCRON' in Prague must be more attentive ! I am very upset with this hotel. I have received a charge in my VISA in my stay in this hotel in Prague and nobody in this hotel has tried to solve this problem. I was in this hotel in May and I suppose because we were a group of 12 people that they changed my VISA number to a different room. I tried to contact with this hotel several times but the response is always the same. I contacted with VISA but is the charge is less than 25 dollars I can not make any claim. The hotel is OK but the service is very deficient.

Excelente ubicaciуn.Extremadamente desconfiados con sus clientes. Antes de comprobar un error suyo te tratan como si fueramos delincuentes (como siempre hay una excepciуn, la Sra. Paula. Cualquier contratiempo pregunten por ella).
La desconfianza llega al extremo que no tienen suficiente con cargar la visa personal , antes de comprobar si las condiciones de las habitaciones son las requeridas, sino que el dia de salida tienen la osadia de despertarte a las ocho de la maсana para entrar en la habitaciуn y comprobar si has utilizado el mini bar. Es el colmo!!

потрясающий отель, всем рекомендую. Есть свой паркинг для авто, очень тихо, чистенько, прилично. Отменный сервис, отлично убирают, все с улыбкой, 2 минуты от Вацлавской площади, любая поездка в любой конец - не более 15-20 минут, мы везде пешком ходили. т.к. оч. близко и удобно. Завтрак -шведский стол, очень вкусно и разнообразно. В общем никаких минусов, одни положительные впечатления. Остановимся в Анданте еще, т.к. в Чехию еще поедем. Персонал разговаривает по-русски. можно им звонить и обо всем договариваться самим, хорошо и быстро отвечают на мейлы, и во время пребывания тоже удобно общаться. С удовольствием показывают как куда добраться по городу. И вообще очень доброжелательно относятся. 5 этажей. 10 номеров на каждом, просто и уютно. В номере новая мебель, полотенца менялись 2 раза в день, уборка постоянная. Сейфа в номере нету, но оставляли и деньги, и кредитки, и ноутбук и камеру, неоднократно, никаких проблем, все было на месте. Цена очень соответствует. Рядом отель апарт который дороже, а разницы никакой. А еще есть отель "кристалл" в кукуево, мы там в прошлый раз останавливались, по тур. петевке. Цены одинаковые абсолютно. А Анданте в сто раз лучше.

The rooms are OK for the price you're paying. However, I was charged 300CZK (10 euros) for using the Safe Deposit in the room and wasn't told about it nor were there any signs being exposed. The staff are rude and if that's not enough, the owner Ms. Blanka Eadkova (an ex-champion skater) is even ruder and tells me not to argue about her charging me 10 euros and that my money is shit money and yet she still charges me and still wants to argue about it!! I've never seen such obsene language and attitude in my life and she obviously shows no idea about the word "hospitality". The problem here is right at the root and someone should do something about it, by the way, I'm still waiting for my 10 euros on my VISA from 2 months ago!! Good Luck, Lillian Rojas

The hotel is situated in an ideal position if you wish to be close to the centre without getting caught up in the tourist throng in the evenings. It sits near the top of a steep, cobbled street, 2 minutes away from Prague Castle and 5 minutes from Charles Bridge. Our room was beautiful, and the staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was the perfect base for our family. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely little hotel.

Salve, spero parlate itialiano. Io volevo avere informazioni sul ricevimento dell'hotel San Marco di Praga. IO con due miei amici arriveremo a Praga,aereoporto, il 19/09/2004 sera per le ore 23:00 circa. Abbiamo prenotato per 5 giorni e 4 notti con inizio delle notti propio per il 19. Anche Arrivando per le ore 24:00 circa nell'HOtel San MArco ci sono problemi per essere ospitati nella nostra stanza? CHiedo a voi questa informazione perchи nn ho trovato l'email dell Hotel. First hotel I have ever been to in this class that were "unable" to provide an extra pillow although medically needed by a sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis - the beds being quite hard in the private apartment where we were placed. No air conditioning, the extractor in the WC shower did not work, clean sheets only after 3 days. Breakfast was passable although they were slow to replace items consumed by earlier birds and slow to clean the tables.
Being out of town it's almost one hour to get in by local bus and metro for a cost of 36 ChKrones for 2 people, as opposed to the 1100 charged by hotel taxi to the town centre.
But the staff were friendly but reserved, not volunteering information, maps etc, and few spoke much English.
I wouldn't stay there again.
