Read a review before the end !!!!!! resort just amazing, we relaxed in this hotel in proshlm year and was pleased to go again. but how things have changed, we do not believe my eyes ??!!! staff and terrible attitude to the guests totally indifferent! At a lunch service simply no!Last year one girl in the restaurant made smoothies for breakfast, and they are only composed of ice and fruit, this year they add milk or water, and they were quite different in taste.When I asked for a drink without milk but with ice, we were told very rudely and said that its bad for knives in a blender, and that if I have any problems, then I have to wait until she will serve 20 people gathered in a queue and Ave.I went to the manager, whom I knew from last year and complained about it, and yet the fact that I noticed that the waiters in the restaurant did not wash the spoon?! YES, you are not wrong! They wiped them and put them back in the NET!! Yahoo! Bed in the room uncomfortable, flat pillows, so do not expect to sleep.Phone in our room did not work the first week, and we did not know about it. Our daughter tried to call, but do not dial in, and ritsepshin told her that we are probably not in the room. We had to persuade the staff at ritsepshin them to send someone to check the phone, they continued to assert that the phone is in order!Also disappointed in the maids, if they do not give tips, even a good day from them, youll never get! what kind of service ??!!! resort itself is quite simply a fairy tale, a great beach, animation team works great, well done guys, new and exciting entertainment every day, my wife liked it a lot, and I, too, was fun. but we never more not go to this hotel!If only they would reconsider their policy and taken some measures to improve the service! At the moment it is impossible to give a good recommendation to this hotel.	8

The food, except the breakfast is terrible. Often lacked water and had no hot water. The staff are poorly trained, and some are even rude	8
