This was just a great hotel. Another hotel, the Palace was one, and all public areas are beautiful. I was the executive room, where my family and I spent the night, excited about. True great, we had a lovely balcony overlooking the Nile and a lot of traffic, one does not really heard when the door closed. The breakfast room is small but nice, especially later for a snack. In the sushi restaurant on Mondays and Saturdays you can eat as much as you want. Very friendly. The hotel is just beautiful inside and out. Everything worked perfectly and the Tuscany Restaurant is also very good if you said 24 hours prior notice, a babysitter can be organized - and very inexpensive. The people are great and as long as it is necessary that the tip is not as bad as everyone says. The Egyptians have a great sense of humor, and they chat and laugh at you. I can recommend the hotel and I have absolutely nothing to complain!

Almost all liked the room nice, clean on 12 floor with a balcony and great views. Cleaning was performed in the absence of us in the hotel and returning the room was perfectly cleaned.About the staff at the restaurant: the restaurant serves young malopodgotovlennye waiters, a request to bring drinks, had to wait 20 minutes, they brought when it was the turn of dessert and drinks are no longer wanted, had to be abandoned. The waiters were perplexed, and not to understand why they can not drink a beer with a sweet. In the second case: at large gatherings at the dinner table, where Swedish and everyone is right with a plate to put what he likes, waiter inadvertently touched the plate with men and all shattered on the floor and on the shirt of the victim. The shirt was soiled and the request referred to the laundry and return to the pure administrator with a smile on her face after supper, promised to pick up, but not after dinner or the next day because no one remembered the stained shirt. All smiles from the staff fake and think only about how to get money, even in the dressing room with spotlessly clean, there is a girl who is not really a hope in passing on a tip. In general, Egypt is an amazing and beautiful country, but still wonderful people who make money out of thin air.
