Clean, neat and tidy! We got good advice on nearby restaurants, which really was value for money Breakfast buffet had a poor logistics - we stood on top of each other without any flow	7

ratio was very favorable, free underground parking for hotel guests - Would have expected more for 4-star hotel, but ok for city travel. Hotel was rather old and had this appearance (eg, lift)	6

Service staff was very friendly. The room was moderately sized, good shower, bath, TV, minibar inexpensive. Air conditioning, either shouted and blew in the night, or was off completely. Off meant bad air. Carpet and air conditioning, thanks to the mesh bags rehottivat.	9

The reception staff were excellent and answered all the stupid questions. The beds were a bit harsh for my taste.	8

The rooms were beautiful and clean, quiet and well located. Breakfast good and plentiful. The female staff was nice, friendly and very hard. Before arrival, I had a phone conversation with a male employee of the hotel. I ask because of the price. This man was, in my view inappropriate. He was dermasen unhöfflich, do not read me finish, always talking in between and read me the polite art know that Im after his Meinunug stupid just because he say always there, and not let me finish lies. If I had to cancel all of the rooms still can, I would have chosen a different hotel kurtzfristig. As this had gworfen to all employees in a bad light and I did not argue on the ground. Fortunately had no local Kontackt to such a misplaced employee.	7

The hotel is in a good location. The Metro stop is about 100 meters from the hotel. The staff is very helpful. No hot water in the bathroom at any time. The rooms are cleaned every day. The design of the hotel is not bad but could be better for four-star hotel.	7

Centrally located, free garage parking, friendly staff Unfortunately, no evening restaurant task, so that you had to eat outside the home. But there was a good recommendation at the reception of really good restaurants nearby.	8

Very good experience with this hotel. Exceeds the expectations of a 3-star hotel. Comfortable, clean, modern. Free parking. Walking distance from center, we have done everything on foot, even though there was 5cm of snow throughout the city Breakfast € 15 is expensive for what it is, but you are obviously not obliged to take	9

We traveled by car, so the availability of free parking at the hotel was very convenient for us. Subway - 2 minutes walk.	8

The proximity to the subway station is advantageous if you want to do without their own car during the stay. Therefore, the hotel is recommended for guests who wish to visit the city, but not ungedingt put on high default value.	6

The hotels location, air conditioning and garage. Overcrowding of the breakfast room, due to the presence of guests on tours with coaches, who in a few hours of the morning made the buffet room, also undersized as an extension, unreachable and tables insufficient. However good variety of buffet.	8

Relatively central but very quiet hotel (50m from the subway line with pressure mounted and direct connection Bahnhof Am Zoo, on the other, 15 walk from major shopping Kurfustendam). We had room at the rear of the hotel requested, so perfect. Price breakfast (only a few meters away had been first cheap breakfast option available)	9

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam, expecially met mijn dochter van 14 maanden, dankzij alles wat ze hebben in al onze behoeften voldaan.	9

Wij vonden uw personeel heel erg veel - het personeel van de receptie waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van heel veel praten met de dame die de neiging je bar, en tenslotte, het ontbijt is uitstekend, en de twee serveersters waren uitstekend. Wij zijn van plan om terug te keren in het beter weer, en zal zeker verblijf in dit hotel! Geen klachten op alle.	10

Allereerst de locatie in de stad: mooie wijk met interessante winkels en restaurants - ten tweede: super ontbijt! Zeer trage lift!	9
