Very friendly reception, spacious hotel, excellent restaurant, very helpful staff, on arrival I was offered an upgrade to suite. In short, excellent experience.	10

Friendly staff, efficient service (Park Service, Reception ...), nice rooms, good technical equipment (MP3 player etc.), good design, very nice spa! the air conditioning in rooms was pretty loud ..... we have a light blue mens swimming trunks lying in the sauna area :-( can about knee-length shorts type, you could find, perhaps, then Ill get them on occasion from ....	9

Its definitely worth it. Good service, friendly staff, very clean and tidy, the Boards wellness center and the rest of the hotel. and the view from the pool on the 8th floor and the roof is great. There are 24 / 7 taxis at the door but on foot you will be 10 to 15 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate.	9

hotel and good facilities the wrong account of 600 €, then despite seeing faces confirmation of booking with a price substantially more down and I was told by a very rude sig.nathe bill and then calling this.... the manager and solved everything	7

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en coöperatief, wordt de service was geweldig en de tarieven waren niet erg hoog. Ik had problemen met hen blokkeren enorme bedragen op mijn creditcard zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving, hoewel mijn kamer was prepaid.	10

De Spa (Club Olympus) was erg leuk. De massage is aan te bevelen. Het uitzicht van de kamer was zeer beperkt.	8
