Modern 3 star hotel directly in the city centre of Munich only 2 minutes away by walk from the main railway station. There you may reach all means of transport US-Bahn; Bus; Taxi; tram etc. The pedestrian areas of Marienplatz; Hofbraeuhaus as well as the beer festival area Oktoberfest can be reached within a 10 minute walk while direct connection to the trade fair center by the underground U2 are nearby. Our 76 comfortable hotel rooms with private bathroom or shower with WC show a modern and tasteful interior. The rooms are equipped with cable TV; pay TV; radio alarm clock; hairdryer; fax and modem hook; W-LAN access; direct dial telephone ISDN and mini bar. Smoking or non-smoking rooms are both available. Nearly all of our rooms have recently been completely refurnished. We speak English; French; Spanish; Italian; Hungarian; Arabic and a little Russian. Additional information; Children 5 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 6-11 receive a 50pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

Surroundings:	This cosy family run hotel is located right in the centre of Munich in a parallel street to the main train station but within a quiet spot.This is a fantastic location and also within walking distance to the main shopping centre and also the Theresienwiese where the famous Octoberfest takes place.

I do not want to offend the hosts, will give you a roof over their head and breakfasts, but not free after all - for our money and quite considerable for a hotel of this category of money. Frankly mediocre hotel. Where could expand, add - all uzhato and cropped. Tiddly rooms, narrow staircases - it can take here is not easy to rebuild.But you can put a decent pillows, blankets in the room on the damp weather, bed linens by size. You would range on a buffet expand. Waitress Excess add to the guests did not have to sit for uncleared table and wait, and when you finally bring the kettle. Well, yes - pure, clean, friendly staff at reception desk.But if it has not yet cleaned up - this would have been strange. The hotel has rooms without shower - be careful when ordering! Convenient location - close to the center, practically it is already uentr. But here on an amateur: some, like myself, do not like to live on what - the backyard. Rooms at the hotel is less than the dog kennels, venilyatsii no no, not to mention air conditioning, as a result, even with the wide-open knah air movement does not occur. Opposite the hotel 3 Garage other hotels with the neighboring streets from 6 am out with a bang force their cars, the windows can not be closed - suffocated - sleep impossible.The breakfast food is not the first freshness of towels you do not change at all, if you do not throw them on the floor.
