Friendly staff, stylish design and beautiful green city location. There were in our room several hours a power failure, ie, no light, no air conditioning, etc. We were offered only after the second night another room, but no price reduction. This was due to the allegedly favorable room rate of booking.de	8

The charles is to temporarily secure one of the best three hotels in Munich, the rooms are spotless, very good, the swimming pool and sauna pleasant breakfast outstanding until the sausage bath products, all top, and the service perfect for the entry ticket into the p1 to.	10

Stayed for 2 days at the hotel. Staff, room, spa-salon ...- all beyond praise and cheaper to 5 stars in Moscow! I recommend to everyone, and hell go back with my wife. Yes, and Munich is not Berlin!	10

Responsive and friendly staff. We arrived at 12 oclock and we were immediately accommodated. Registration took about a minute. Large and beautiful room with a beautiful view. Large bathroom. Huge bed. Order breakfast in your room. These croissants I ate only in Paris. Swimming pool and sauna are also very good.I recommend this hotel for those who love komforot, but does not like fluffy ostentation and intrusive staff, which is often present in 5-star hotels. In this book I really feel rested. I wish the rooms had tea.	10

The kindness and courtesy of staff and organizzazzione. Excellent spa and gym equipment. Some guests Uses turkish bath and sauna completely nudi.In presence of children could be embarrassing! Perhaps this could be to place notices on the possibility of being in the presence of men or women without clothes	9

Perfect, nieuw hotel. Uitstekende service (onzichtbaar meiden zijn de kamers schoongemaakt terwijl u bij het ontbijt), een fantastisch restaurant. Saunas, zwembad! Snoepjes, zoals cookies behandelt links in yor kamer - alles laten verwennen door een perfecte hotel.	10

Het was een bijzonder genoegen om een gast in dit hotel. Niet alleen zijn de kamers, een spa en restaurant faciliteiten een genot, het personeel is zeer professioneel en behandeld met ons in een glimlach en een attente manier in de gehele ons verblijf. Het ontbijt was de beste van alle hotels hebben we t bleef inch We Can t wachten om terug te gaan! We vonden het allemaal.	10

Hiermee wordt tegemoetgekomen aan de normen van een goed hotel. Alles was naar behoren functioneert. Professioneel personeel. Price. moet worden minder duur.	9

prachtig hotel met vriendelijk personeel wifi moeten worden in de prijs inbegrepen! 20 euro per uur is een ripoff. Ontbijt voor 28 euro is ook te duur.	9

Het hotel is net 2 jaar oud - en u kan zien. De kamers zijn zeer schoon met een zeer mooie inrichting, moderne badkamer. Het hotel ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van de stad. En het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er is geen Wi-Fi internetverbinding in de beschikbare kamers. W-LAN-verbinding, die werd aangegeven als high-speed gedifinieerd dat het wel degelijk. Bovendien is de beveiligingsinstellingen op de netto-verbinding niet mogelijk correct dergelijke websites als Hotmail, Facebook of zelfs Tripadvisor te openen. En dit alles voor 10 euro per uur (u kunt inloggen op slechts een keer) of 20 euro per 24 uur!	10

We kwamen terug naar het hotel na een reis buiten om 16.00 uur en ze niet had t nog niet schoongemaakt op de kamer, we moesten 10 minuten wachten voor de kamer te reinigen	8

Dit hotel heeft de beste service ooit! De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en je kunt de zeer positieve sfeer, op slechts zinvol onder het personeel. De kamer was ruim en zeer luxe. We bestelden een Club Sandwich in de hotelbar en het was de beste die ik d ooit heeft gehad. Alleen maar positieve dingen over dit hotel. Ik zal def. weer daar heen te gaan!	10

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf waarin hoog was aangestoken door de rijkdom aan kennis van het hotel conceirge. Blij dat we nam zijn advies over restaurants & tours.The hotel is gelegen in een geweldige omgeving om te winkelen & bezienswaardigheden.	10
