After arriving in the room was informed by the reception to make sure everything was. At the buffet had a long wait until the dishes were completed and the dessert buffet was almost entirely by the time we get around to it came. Furthermore, does good food.	9

It was the evening a fair Buffet instead of inter Menüauswahl.Da Interestingly we have been at a trade fair, this was a great degree, so we had not yet too late to visit a restaurant. The rooms were Geräuscheisoliert very well. The bottom sheets were made of plastic. These were isolated, with a circulation and towels while, but we have still sweated a lot.	8

The room had two queen beds and a very good quality. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast buffet for 8,00 €. Free parking, free wireless. The restaurant manager was suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday clear away the breakfast early and responded very nasty towards guests and staff.	9

Pleasant staff. A girl in reseptionen speak Swedish. Nice hotel with cheap beer at the bar in the evening and great breakfast. I stayed only one night. Come late and left at 10 oclock in the morning. The reception did not know that a bus company, airport coach had gone bankrupt ... Terravision, This I learned of a taxi driver outside the hotel when I came back from the bus stop with no bus came.	10

Fallen to us by the cleanliness and operation. Very central. Was also very quiet at night. Sauna has us well liked. Not so great, we found that it was not meant for 2 people. It was only a single bed that was too small for two people prepared. Although double was booked. On the first evening I sent my two bed itself, possibly related, and so, slept without upper sheet, on the folded leather bench. At the two evening was then everything has been prepared by staff. Unfortunately, the desire to get another room, not be investigated because completely booked. But have Soch 14th Reserved days in advance.	8

The stay has us very much. Very nice club room. Very good bar Warm welcome. Tel fallen demand for the room. Very pleasant. The Restaurant. gave food from the map, it sometimes does not, as of date with service force card. Wine was sometimes not well ordered. Morning service staff not particularly friendly.	9

Excellent client relationship with the hotel, very willing to solve any problem that may arise. Recommend. Wireless internet is available free of charge. Ovalor monetary breakfast, maybe a little high.	9

The hotel is given 4 stars. In my view there should max.drei stars are awarded - the rooms are simply boring (formerly Novotel without changes).	6

The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Quiet rooms on the inside even though it is called a surcharge of 15 euros per person per night From 23.00 you can not find something to eat nearby and in hotel. McDonals only :-( steps to Poki	7

Echt een van de beste Best Western in Duitsland; kamers zijn mooi, schoon en rustig, het personeel is altijd blij om te helpen, ontbijt is gewoon fantastisch (als er dure, op Eur16.00) en je krijgt een zeer goede prijs / kwaliteitverhouding. Locatie dicht bij het centrum van Frankfurt (circa 10 minuten. Met de auto), gratis parkeren en internet. Blij om terug te keren elke keer.	9

Het ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend. De diensten van de club kamers waren zeer goed. Het personeel was erg helpul en vriendelijk.	10
