Astoria Capsis Hotel reviews

Dear Hotel staff,
My family of three lives on our small, 10-meter sailboat and we are trying to dock her in Heraklion for the 2006-2007 school year. The EU-sponsored school there has accepted our 6-year old for enrollment. The problem is that the marina has no shower facilities and we can't take showers outside in our cockpit all winter long. Can you offer us a price (by visit or week or month) to use any common area gymnasium/pool/shower facilities you might have? We've received one price from a neighboring hotel at 120Euros per person and frankly, we can't afford that. We could probably afford haof of that.
Alternatively, are there any athletic club type facilities near the harbor? My internet searches aren't finding any.
