Horse21 system description

Horse21 reservation system enables you to book:


A hotel in the real time mode
A hotel upon a Special/ Group reservation request

You can book online or send us a special request which will be treated by our operators within the next 48 hours.


Hotel reservation in the real time mode.


To book a hotel online in the real time mode (and obtain a booking confirmation a few seconds after the reservation has been completed) you need to:


Step 1


Use the Fast Search form on our homepage or the Advanced search form enabling additional searching parameters.
Choose the country and the city of your destination from the drop-down lists as well as your check-in and check-out dates, room type and the required number of rooms. Using the Advanced search form you can also feed in the desired room rate and the hotel class. Once the form completed, press «Search».


Step 2


The system returns a table of hotels where you can book a room for the required dates, provided with the following information:


Hotel name
Hotel class
Hotel information
Available rooms/ rates
Photo gallery
Rate (EUR) Room/ Night
Book



The table lists, among others, the hotel’s name, the hotel’s class and the nightly rate.

To get more detailed information about the hotel follow the «Info» link in the «Hotel information» column.

The «Photo gallery» link leads to the page with hotel’s photos.

Following the link «Available rooms/rates» you will see a list of accommodation possibilities for this hotel which differ upon price and accommodation conditions. You can choose the accommodation possibility that suits you most of all.

Then, in the line of the selected hotel/ accommodation possibility, press «Book».


Step 3


Now you can see the Customer reservation Form.

Before completing this form we invite you to take note of the hotel’s booking policy at the top of the page:

  • Hotel: The name of the selected hotel
  • Class: The class (number of stars) of the selected hotel
  • Country: The name of the destination country
  • City: The name of the destination city
  • Check-in date: The supposed date of checking into the hotel
  • Check-out date: The supposed date of checking out of the hotel
  • Number of rooms: Number of reserved rooms of a certain category (not more than three)
  • Total number of persons: The supposed number of guests
  • Rate information: Contains a description of the room rate: whether there are any special rates, discounts or the price is standard. Tax information: specifies whether the taxes are included in the room rate.
  • Room information: Information about the room service and facilities included in the rate
  • More available rooms/rates: Following this link you can go back to the previous page to choose another room category or another rate
  • Bookable rate per room per night: The nightly rate for the selected room type
  • Total booking price: The total cost of your accommodation (including possible taxes/ fees)
  • Cancellation policy: The conditions by which your reservation can be cancelled: is there a no-show penalty fee, how many hours before the check-in the cancellation can be cancelled without a penalty fee
  • Deposit policy: If the hotel requires a deposit, a certain amount will be blocked on your credit card
  • Guarantee policy: Specifies what credit card types the selected hotel accepts as reservation guarantee

 

After having read the booking policy of the selected hotel you need to fill in the Customer Form in roman type:

  • Name of the guest*: Guest’s name and surname
  • E-mail*: the e-mail address the booking confirmation will come to
  • Country*: Country of residence
  • City*: City of residence
  • Address*: Give in your home address
  • Phone*: The field «Country code» requires entering the three-digit dialing code (for instance, 001 for the USA). The field «City code» must contain the area dialing code (for instance, 917 for New York). The field «Your telephone number» is set for your phone number which is to enter without any spaces, brackets or symbols except numerals (for instance, 1234567)
  • Fax: Contact fax number
  • Comments: Please enter in here any special requirements/ wishes concerning your accommodation.

 

The required fields are marked with «*» .

Are you a corporate client? Please enter your «Login» in the appropriate field.

The booking requires a credit card as a reservation guarantee.

We do everything we can to ensure the privacy of all entered and transmitted information.

Before completing the Customer Form please take note of the «Horse21 booking agreement» and put a mark against the line I have read and accept the «Horse21 booking agreement».

Before you click on «Book» please take note of the cancellation policy in the selected hotel.

Credit Card booking (warranted booking):
In case of a late arrival (after 6 p.m.) we recommend you to call and inform the hotel beforehand. p>

Your card data remain confidential and are accessed by nobody except the hotel authorities.


Step 4


Next, you are invited to check your reservation details and enter your credit card data:

  • Bank: choose your credit card type from the drop-down list (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • Credit Card No.: enter your credit card number (without any spaces;)
  • Expiration Date: using the drop-down lists choose month and year of your card’s expiration date
  • Card Holder Name: enter the name and the surname of the card holder (for instance: Daniel Smith)
  • CVC: if you have any problems filling out the CVC field please use the Help link

 

Having checked the information you have entered press «Book». In case you missed taking note of the «Horse21 booking agreement» please read and accept it.


Step 5


Next, you will see the booking confirmation on the screen. The same confirmation will come in a few seconds into your e-mail box. You can print out this document pressing «Print».

The room in the selected hotel has just been booked!

To cancel your reservation follow the link «Check/Cancel reservation» on our homepage. Enter the «Booking number» and the «Access code» (which you will find in the text of the booking confirmation) into the appropriate fields and press «Cancel reservation». On the following page, you can see your reservation details and the button «Cancel reservation». Clicking on this button you cancel your reservation definitely. The cancellation notification will be sent to you and to the hotel. Your reservation has just been successfully cancelled. Modification of the reservation is not possible.

In case you haven’t found the required hotel in our online system please leave a «Special/ Group reservation request». Your request will be treated by Horse21 operators within the next 48 hours.

To leave a Special/Group reservation request you need to:


Step 1


Follow the link «Special/ Group reservation request» in the main menu.


Step 2


You will see the form which needs to be filled out to let our operator treat your request.


1. Contact information - this field requires entering contact information of the customer/ the company leaving the request:


# The name and the surname of the Contact person
# Company name (in case it’s not an individual who leaves the request)
# Country and city of residence
# Contact phone and fax number, e-mail.


2. Hotel information - here you can enter the information about the hotel you would like to book:


# Country and city of destination
# Hotel name (if you need to book a concrete hotel)
# Hotel class (number of stars)
# Hotel location (if you need to book in a concrete district)
# Check-in and check-out dates
# The required number of rooms


The fields «Additional services» and «Comments» are set for any special wishes concerning your accommodation.


3. Name of the guest – please enter into this field the names of the guests the hotel is booked for.

Are you a corporate client? Please enter your «Login» in the appropriate field.


Step 3


Once the form completed (remember to fill out all required (*) fields) press «Next». The next page lists the entered information, the request number and the name of the operator who will treat your demand.


Step 4


If the information you see is correct, press «Confirm the request» to send your demand into treatment.


Step 5


If you need to «Make changes», follow the appropriate link. You will be redirected to the previous page to correct/ complete the form.

The results will be sent to your e-mail within the next 48 hours.
