The rooms on the street while having double glazing are noisy because of traffic jams. Breakfast is not up to the hotel. The King David is a bit more expensive, but less noisy and the breakfast is no comparison. The friendliness of staff and availability. The concierges were very helpful (sending suitcases, finding information).	8

The location near the old town is ideal. The heated outdoor pool allows you to make four pools throughout the year (January 31!) And the breakfast buffet is unsurpassed. And large and beautiful rooms (surcharge for overlooking the old city), peace, comfort. Excellent experience. Prices very high and the service - which is not bad - it could be, like, more friendly.	8

It would be nice if the hotel gave discounts on accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfast, very responsive and friendly staff, convenient location in the heart of the city.	10

Its location and comfort We had to leave at 7:00 in the morning and 5 min. before 6:30 and the buffet breakfast being served were not letting us start breakfast	9

Reception staff is very friendly but absent, do not live the profession and only speak English as a language extranjero.entre concierge staff is particularly nasty one its proximity to the center, the amplitude of all rooms, restaurant, great rooms and very well equipped, the brightness of the environments.	9

attentive staff I would like in the bathrooms have a level of 5 stars, namely, a bidet or spets.dush, but it brush, in at least. not be explained, taking collateral in cash in dollars, and return on departure in shekels! and in fact, demand collateral reduces the level of the hotel! with me, for example, demanded $ 300 bail, in case that I stay for 3 days for something not spoiled.it degrades, it is true! moreover, that is paid for 400dol.ssha per night! just .......!?	8

De locatie Dit voelde als de service op een langs de weg Holiday Inn. Het hotel was lawaaierig ongelooflijk, voor het geld, was dit een hopeloze waarde. Ik heb in het hotel overnacht 3 keer en het heeft gekregen steadlily erger. Ik wouldprobably niet meer blijven.	6

Het hotel is in de eerste klasse en uitstekende service. De locatie is zeer goed en dicht bij de Oude Stad. De kamers hebben een eigen deurbellen. Het was geweldig.	10

Service was verschrikkelijk. We moesten vragen om extra handdoeken elke dag, en toen ze werden gebracht, ze waren t het aantal of degenen die we hadden gevraagd. Service bij het ontbijt was abymal. We moesten voortdurend jacht naar de waitstaff om ons koffie en de beker te vullen gedurende de hele maaltijd. De kamer was samengesteld uit zeer laat op de dag. Deze bestond uit een turn down , die was echt niet zo dat als het bed was nog nooit eerder gedaan. Het tapijt was smerig, de douchecabine was nooit schoongemaakt, en zeep en gezichtstissues slechts spaarzaam werden aangeboden. Het hotel verdient zeker niet de vijf-sterren rating. Het hotel s locatie is uitstekend. Het ontbijt dat werd opgenomen in de kamerprijs was uitgebreid en goed voorbereid.	4

Prachtig hotel, uitstekende service en prachtige locatie. De kamers zijn prachtig en het eten was heerlijk. Medewerkers waren charmant en behulpzaam. Het hotel is duur, maar geldt dit ook voor de betere hotels in Jeruzalem.	10

goed zwembad en uitzicht op de oude stad van Jeruzalem, modern gebouw ze hadden geen gemak, een winkel als alle 5 sterren hotel zijn waar u kunt tijdschriften, snoep, persoonlijke bezittingen, etc te kopen	7

Ik heb niet het idee van het betalen voor Wi-Fi. Het moet zijn ook met de kamer. Ik heb genoten van alles! Het personeel was zeer aangenaam en meegaand.	10
