The hotel looks good at first glance, but it has many shortcomings. What you like? Location is ideal for tourism. Located just steps from the Duomo. Very nice lobby, though small. Staff are very affable and polite, and did try to please the guests. Rooms are also very clean and tidy.What is not liked, or at least my room was literally packed with all the achievements of civilization (CD and DVD-players, flat screen TV, etc.) but it was at this very small! There simply was no place to put his foot! It certainly was a single-room, but from a five star hotel I expected after all that number will be larger.Design corridors was obviously a very a cheap, simple gray plastic walls, plus the one in the corridors was not very clean. Staff even though he was very polite, not very well spoken in English, and some had difficulty talking in Italian! I suspect that some of our fellow workers or from the former Soviet republics friendly.Breakfast just can not be named five-star. In addition, Swedish table was illuminated with colored lights, so that you could not tell whether these fresh croissants red or blue Mologa or not ... In short, it seemed to me that for five-star hotel Gray at least very little.What can theoretically offer in such a small space? Good service and a couple of high-quality gadgets. Maybe Im old fashioned, but Id like to see a beautiful five-star hotel lounges, terraces, garden, for example, swimming pool and spa ... Of course you decide. Maybe someone this hotel seems ideal small and cozy.	4

uitstekend hotel en erg vriendelijk staff.perfect locatie voor de bar, restaurants en winkels.	8

Schitterende ligging op slechts een stap van de Duomo en alle winkelstraten, attent, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, zeer comfortabele kamer met hydro bad, I loved it!	10

het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en aardig, maar als je claustofobic don t er naartoe te gaan. Te duur voor wat ze bieden	7
