We stayed one night at Star Hotel Terminus on June 28.
Catching the 05.53 train to Pescara my wife forgot her wedding ring in the room.
Calling the hotel within two hours, we got a very rude handling by the front office manager in charge, after less than 5 seconds checking he was quite sure that there was no ring in the room. He was totally uninterested to do further checking.
Contacting the Star hotel by mail asking them to do further investigation went unanswered.
We have now filed a police report in Sweden.
Don't stay at this hotel.
