The Hotel Splendido is an ancient villa that overlooks the spectacular bay and tiny harbor of Portofino on the Italian Riviera. Set on the hillside in four acres of romantic tropical gardens and superb palm trees, this luxury villa was transformed into a deluxe hotel in 1901 and boasts sensational Ligurian cuisine and sumptuous rooms and suites with balconies and terraces. All rooms and suites are superbly equipped, offering every amenity including satellite television and video. Each has it's own private bathroom with shower, and many bathrooms feature Jacuzzis.
