New opened in August 2001, spaces are bright and airy and furnished in a minimal chic style. The atmosphere is very lively. Each of the 80 rooms, Double or with 2 Queen size beds, are soundproofed. Each has air conditioning orthopedic matrasses, fax and adsl connection, interactive tv and room service available 24 h a day. The Datini has five meeting and conference rooms. Audiovisual equipment and assistance are available. Our Restaurant Salome offers a typical tuscan cousine and a large deli buffet.
