I made a reservations for 3 rooms for July 1 for 3 nights - the names are
Ursula and Edward Carroll
Jane and Malcolm Robishaw
Faith and Raymond Palozej

Can you confirm that you have this reservation?

Also, we are arriving by train from Florence. Are you within walking distance of the Termini? or do we take a taxi?

And, can you advise if we need to buy tickets to view the Sistine Chapel in advance and how we could do this?

Thank you

Ursula Carroll

My partner Stuart Vanstone & myself, Christina (Tina) Harrison are booked into your hotel at 243C Via Nazionale, Rome from 2.10.07 to 9.10.07. we are flying from Bristol in England and will not arrive at Ciampino airport until 1650 and then have to travel to your hotel. We do not expect to arrive with you before about 6pm. This is for your information only. Is there a bus service from the airport to yourselves or is it simpler to just get a taxi? Perhaps you could let me know? Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam,

What is the best option that you have for a reservation during the period of August 10th-13th (3 nights) for 5 adults)? If you don’t have any deal, I would like to reserve a single, a matrimonial, and a twin bedroom for the period mentioned before.
If you have anything suitable for this period please let me know the price and whether you require a deposit.

Yours faithfully,

Cristiano Mattia
