I made a reservations for 3 rooms for July 1 for 3 nights - the names are
Ursula and Edward Carroll
Jane and Malcolm Robishaw
Faith and Raymond Palozej

Can you confirm that you have this reservation?

Also, we are arriving by train from Florence. Are you within walking distance of the Termini? or do we take a taxi?

And, can you advise if we need to buy tickets to view the Sistine Chapel in advance and how we could do this?

Thank you

Ursula Carroll
