the very good access to public transport, the capacity of staff and the possibility of individual arrival breakfast is not possible - breakfast snack available in room	8

Ideally located, just steps from Termini station. Rather noisy. The bathroom and toilets are virtually part of the room.	8

the staff is really helpful and attentive check well before your arrival at the hotel type of accommodation. odor problem in the rooms, lift sewage.	8

The hotel location is very good and is very well connected by public transport The area at night is not recommended because it is a bit lonely	7

Friendly, helpful staff ... Beautiful, furnished room ... wifi with a laptop is available in the room .. Top .. great room and the bathroom really set TOP ..... Great location, next to Termini ... To welcome .. it made a really nice small breakfast plate ..... The room would have our opinion, can be cleaned better ....	8

All I would say, upon arrival we were allocated a Junior Suite at no extra charge for free, the room was spotless and clean with lots of laptops connected to the Internet. The friendly staff. Reading other comments I do not understand how people might have said sin for zone .. obviously xenophobia in Italy is very high .. is located a few steps from Termini metro and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and kebab that even until a late hour there is always someone around .. most importantly in front of B & B is a police station. The fact that there are many foreigners around should not be synonymous with some low security, in 4 nights I have not had any problems.	10

The best is the location as it is to stay right next to the station where you leave the Terravision from the airport and is a good starting point for sightseeing. It is very wide, access is very private and need only contact the reception on arrival and leave you to go and prepared everything necessary for you to take breakfast anytime. Heating radiators never worked (December) and heat pumps were not sufficient to heat the apartment, the last night the power went out for hours, we had to enter the building in the dark, walk up to the apartment and spend the night without any heating. We were told when we got to have someone pick up the suitcases to leave, but someone did come by chance with other guests.	6

The location is excellent, right next to Termini station and although there are people who think that the sleeping area is not very good I saw not so bad if there are business migrants, but nothing unusual is to have the same care as po according to areas of Barcelona. The hotel or rather Guest Room is only 4 bedrooms, fairly spacious, with modern designer furniture (although IKEA seems kind), lift, there is one common area where you have a coffee capsules that works with you facilitate the hotel every morning with a breakfast tray containing coffee capsules, biscuits / toast, a packaged pasta, jams of different flavors and juice (very simple). The cleanliness of the hotels in Rome leaves much to be desired! but it is something generic, even if you stay at a 4 star. Sheets and towels were clean and changed, and the room gave an overview of cleaning up (but very superficial). The floor is hardwood floors and is quite dirty (stains embedded in the plan that will not be passing the mop) so nothing to go barefoot!! we had problems with hot water!! works with an accumulator, so that when you run out of hot water you must wait about 25 min. Not worth it to take the junior suite with Jacuzzi, and it was not enough hot water to fill it! the second day we had no problem with the water temperature xq came out hot but it is limited	8

proximity to Termini station the room did not correspond to the photos on the site - old furniture - the room was dirty - there was no jacuzzi as stated on the website - there has been assigned a room request - malcuranza - bad breakfast	3

The downtown location is good We do not like the lack of clean rooms (fabric and stained walls, dirty floor) no real breakfast (just coffee to oneself, no butter or pastry), no shower gel, toothpaste .. .. The decor at the fair, not shelf, mirror ....	5

courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. The excellent location. Trivial, but .... the floor! The room was a wood floor rather lived. It would be enough to give him a nice clean and polished for radical change the whole environment. If this is not possible, maybe some carpet, sprinkle with more care ..... however, nothing fundamental, the rest compensates!	8

De locatie van WRH Suites is centraal bij alles wat. U kunt zien dat het centraal station Termini uit het raam en je re slechts een korte wandeling naar de voornaamste toeristische attracties. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en u krijgt een sleutel van het gebouw te komen en gaan wanneer u wilt. De kamer was niet zo ruim als de foto gemaakt lijkt het. Ook het gebouw was vrij moeilijk te vinden en op het einde waren we opgelicht door een plaatselijke taxichauffeur die ons de stad rondreden een beetje voor om ons naar het adres.	8

Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende ligging (5 minuten lopen van het Termini) met veel restaurants in de omgeving, laptop met internet op de kamer, goede prijs, gevoel van eigen appartement Houd in gedachten dat dit een appartement studio met geen ontvangst 24/24. Als u re ok met haar, is groot. Misschien is het ontbijt kon worden rijker.	9

Vriendelijk personeel, goede lay-out, ideaal voor vakantie, met airco en Wi-Fi, klein ontbijt om mee te beginnen, perfecte locatie.	9

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam met het nabijgelegen punten van belang. Gelet private sleutel toegang (ja, je kunt vasthouden aan je sleutel) gemaakt late toegang handiger.	10

Het koffiezetapparaat en de (zeer kleine) badkamer was goed decorated.The ligging is zeer handig maar er zijn betere hotels voor de zelfde prijs op dit gebied. De covers op een van de bedden werden gekleurd, de kamer was lawaaierig als we konden er ruis hoorbaar is bij de receptie heel duidelijk door de deur en werden we gewekt om 7u door de deurbel wordt herhaaldelijk aangebeld. De geadverteerde satelliettelevisie had een Engels sprekende kanaal-News 24.	4

Location was great, op loopafstand van Termini en ook bezienswaardigheden. Personeel kon t zijn meer nuttig. Was goed naar de keuken te gebruiken zijn.	9
