Facilities
The historic building was once the residence of wealthy merchant families. In1959 the premises were converted into a hotel by the upper class Sereni family. This city hotel comprises a total of 21 rooms spread over 4 floors and offers guests a wonderful view over the canal "Dei Barcaioli", reserved exclusively for gondolas. Thanks to the complete restoration carried out in 2002 the building has the unspoilt charm of a typical 17th century Venetian residence. This is reflected in the material and damask of the rooms, as well as in the antique furnishings, which are combined with all the latest conveniences to ensure guests a pleasant and comfortable stay. In the hotel rooms guests can really soak up the magical atmosphere of Venice. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, room service and a breakfast room.

From Santa Lucia railway station: Take a private water taxi directly to the jetty in front of the hotel (transfer time around 20 minutes).
