The hotel is located in the Northeast part of the city, near Kyoto University. The location is convenient for sightseeing to most of the major tourist attractions in Kyoto, most of which can be reached within minutes by bus. The Kyoto Shinkansen station is 20 minutes away by the hotel shuttle bus (free) . The International Conference Center is only 10 minutes away. The hotel has shopping, dining, all conveniently located within the same complex.

Im with my family (three of us) went to Japan last summer, a tourist trip. In Kyoto, we stayed 3 days at the hotel Holiday Inn. The hotel is a shuttle bus to central station of Kyoto. Take it can be in front of Kyoto Station, on the other side of the street. We have explained in detail in the hotel, where to sit, so I advise to call and ask, or spend a lot of time to get to.The bus goes right on schedule, but rarely. In general, the hotel is quite far from the center. But in Kyoto no problems with transport - or the bus, or subway you can go around the city. The hotel has a small shopping center, and at the bottom of a supermarket and restaurants, so hungry at this hotel remains difficult.If you go to the other side of the river, youll find cheaper restaurants. Our staff is anxious to ensure that guests feel comfortable. The room in which we live first, very bad air-conditioned. After several unsuccessful attempts to repair it we were asked to move to another room, everything was in order.The fifth floor is the laundry, with monetochnymi washer and dryer. It is by the way, if you go smalenkimi children especially. Internet, but only at the bottom of the foyer.
