Çàâòðàêè âïîëíå ïðèëè÷íûå, õîòÿ è çà 20,5 åâðî, øâåäñêèé ñòîë.

El hotel HEM, tiene una buena calidad precio, con una atención muy amable hacia el cliente.
Tiene dos partes, el edificio principal (3 estrellas) con habitaciones cómodas y limpias y el anexo (2 estrellas) de peor calidad y poco recomendable.
El punto débil del hotel es la situación. se tardan 15-20 minutos en tranvía (linea 2) al centro, aunque los tranvias pasan cada 10 minutos, así que tampoco es un gran problema

Vriendelijk personeel en een hele professionele assistent manager (rawien) die de tijd voor ons nam met uitleg over de stad en voor ons verblijf. Er is goed voor ons gezorgd. Een reden om zeker terug te komen.

room 145 is opposite to a very noisy disco. Do not accept this room! They have alterntives, which they should offer you instead of waiting for 4a.m., when I was waken up yesterday by the noise. Also they are not fair in not informing you beforehand of the correct roomprice (110€/night) and charging only at leaving the tourist tax.

Hola!
Acabamos de llegar a Valencia y de todo lo que nos ha ocurrido en Amsterdam, el hotel ha sido la peor de las experiencias. En varias ocasiones nos han faltado el respeto. Preguntamos a un chico de Tenerife por que tenían tanta mala leche y nos contestaron que los italianos y españoles no eran bien recibidos. Además, cuando quisimos liquidar la cuenta, se equivocaron y nos cobraon desayunos que no habíamos consumido. Cuando quisimos hablar con el "manager" del hotel, la chica que nos atendía, que hablaba español, se negó a traducir lo que queríamos decirle. En fin, unos sinvergüenzas.
POr otra parte, las habitaciones son una mierda´. La mayoría de ellas tiene una pequeña ventana interior por la cual no entra ni un rayo de luz. Parece que al despertarte todavçia es de noche. No os lo aconsejo... seguid buscadno ya que estoy seguro que de encontraréis algo que valga la pena.

Los mensajes anteriores los hemos mandado un grupo de viajeros de España que nos hemos hospedado en ese hotel los días 15 y 16 de septiembre de 2006. El criterio sobre el hotel fue el mismo de todo el grupo que nos alojamos en él (unas 100 personas aproximadamente). Esperamos que tomen medidas para mejorar la atención de este hotel hacia los viajeros que se hospeden en él en el futuro. Es una pena que se recuerde a Amsterdam, entre muchas cosas buenas, por una mala estancia en un hotel.

Be careful!!!
They rob you. I paid my dinner by cash and the day after they told me at the reception that I didn't paid and I had to pay again. I didn't take the payment ticket of the dinner so I couldn't prove that I had paid (but I couldn't imagine they were going to rob me !!). Always take your tickets.
The rooms are very small and unconfortable. Be careful with the towels, if you can take some with you because the towels at the Campanile Hotel Amsterdam are always dirty.

Recently refurbished. Good location and has unusual features. 'Living area' with free bar , comfortable seats and internet access. Good after long days walking. Restautant only open for self service breakfast but relaxing and well thought out. Rooms rather on the small side but free bar, flat screen TV with good choice of channels. Stylish decor.
