The Al Nahda Resort is a unique experience. Nestled in an oasis of thirty acres of gardens it provides a place of tranquility and relaxation. Guests coming to Al Nahda will be given the tools with which to improve the balance within their lifestyle through our wellness programme. Al Nahda located less than one hour away from Muscat at Barka is a 5 star deluxe health resort and spa. This resort boasts 108 luxury appointed rooms set uniquely between a clusters of mango trees. All our spacious rooms come with balcony or terrace and you will find a host of facilities to make yourself comfortable including hospitality trays with some great herbal teas; in room safe; mini fridge; mini bar; direct dial telephones and well appointed bathrooms. We do have satellite television but we recommend you slip in a CD and relax to some soothing music or put on a DVD to help you with your meditation. The hotel has ample parking available on site free of charge. Additional Information; Children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding.
