Dont go to Shangrila Mactan Cebu because its not fair here, the price is too high for foreigners while they only give 20 dollars per nite for korean alomost all the people staying are koreans and they treat them nice while the others they charge them expensive ISNT IT RACISM??? Me and my husband didnt feel comfortable here the place is fantastic but u can feel the racist when u are in.
