West is Best
I stayed in this hotel on 19 Sept. 2005 aand must say that this must be the best value hotel in Makati. Rooms were cleaned every day with new towels and bed linen changed. The reception and general staff were in my opinion excellent in every way and could not do enough to help. Buffet breakfast was also very good with lots to choose from plus eggs were cooked to order which makes a big difference to other hotels. My only gripe would be that they did not operate a money exchange service but having said that there were plenty of money changers within 100 metres of the hotel and I was given directions to the one the staff new was giving good rates. A good hotel in my opinion is one that one would return to and I would definitely return to this one.
