The air conditioning was not working. I complained at reception, left, and when I returned was in mesma.No next day I returned to contact the reception staff who spoke with the coach and said it was not possible to repair. They gave me the opportunity to change my room.	7

The hotel is very well located and very good. A bed is wonderful, I loved it! On the whole it is very comfortable and if I return to Lisbon would choose him again.	9

The maintenance service is bad. The first day when we arrived the room, the safe did not work.
