Building refurbished in 2000. Located in one of the most important business areas of Madrid, only a few metres from the M-30 and M-40 motorways, only 15 minutes from Barajas airport and the Juan Carlos I trade fair hall, 5 minutes from Chamartín railway station and 15 minutes from the city centre. Offers 23 well-equipped rooms with television, phone, air-conditioning and bathroom. After a small refurbishment, the hotel has inaugurated the ¿ARIS BAR¿, a space to enjoy the best traditional gastronomy and vanguard. Breakfasts are served from 7.30 to 11.00 and weekends on rooms.**The hotel will be closed at the end of the year, it is possible that some rooms may have some defiency at facilities.

Hotel very good in terms of value for money. Separation plants between smokers and nonsmokers. Cafeteria-ups in the hotel. Staff very attentive and polite. Ideal for business travelers.	8

I did not like anything 1 .- I could not rest properly since early in the morning sunlight falling on the room at the lack of blinds or that at 06 am you get to be up but no photos quieras.2 .- Site does not correspond with the reality that we live there. 3 .- hygiene, facilities are very poor do not recommend it on my worst enemigo.4 .- at the hotel had bad smells in the hallways. 5.-The total unsanitary bathrooms, beds and mattresses are not at all comfortable, instead of going to rest up before I go to work, rather than a three star hostel seems to be a disappointing.	4

The hotel staff and management did not behave properly with a reservation for a room, they made me pay extra for a person they claimed was not covered. It is absolutely embarrassing. Not return to the hotel and would recommend it to anyone, they will know how long they want to be open, I see very little.	4

Staff pleasant. Rooms are spacious but in need of reform. Good location. Need for reform. Poor value for the price offered by the hotel.	6
