Location
This luxury hotel is popular for its central location in the heart of Madrid, on the famous Gran Via. It is surrounded by shops, banks, fashion boutiques, cinemas, thereatres and nightclubs. It is not far to the historic centre of Madrid with the royal palace, the opera house, Puerta Del Sol, Cibeles, Del Prado, Reina Sofia and the Thyseen museum. Public transport is available directly in front of the hotel, as well as the Santo Domingo underground station.

This building was built in 1948 but renovated in 2006. The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 232 rooms on 9 floors, of which 155 are double rooms, 24 are single rooms, 16 are junior suites and 2 are suites. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a hairdresser's salon, a bar, a snack-restaurant, a roof terrace with a pool (during the summer season), and WLAN Internet access in the whole hotel.
