The location is absolutely unbeatable. It really is close to everything! It is clean and comfortable. When we wanted to change the room by one with exterior views were very nice and they accepted without problem. The interior rooms have a view ugly. It is important to ask for a room with external view when booking.	8

I liked the location The shower was incredible, or scalded or chilled. I could not take a shower as it should be, which to me is very serious. The checkout took 20 minutes, with the reception empty. Asked me all data again and left without making because the system was malfunctioning. In the verbal complaint that I did the shower, I was told I was spoiled! Pena had not warned me before or put me in another room.	6

Groot ontbijt, genoeg om uit te kiezen. Bad artikelen waren erg goed. Hotel in een grote rustige locatie met veel restaurants in de buurt en dicht bij het metrostation. Gemakkelijk te lopen naar Colón, Cibeles, en zelfs naar Prado Museum. We geven twee interieurs werden kamers zonder uitzicht en weinig daglicht. Ik denk dat het hotel dient te vermelden bij de reservering de aard van de ruimte die ze gaven ons. Ook de kamers werden voor rokers, hoewel we een niet-roken de voorkeur hebben, en we werden niet gecontacteerd door het hotel. In een van de kamers konden we de rook ruiken. Hoewel het in de beschrijving vermeld, beschikt het hotel niet over een restaurant, een bar alleen dat sommige (slechte) maaltijden en op een zeer dure prijs serveert (wij 50 euro betaald voor 4 blik en kleine bolognesi en water).	8

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekende locatie om te winkelen. Rustige buurt. Mooie wandeling van hotel naar Prado museum door El Retiro park.	9

Niet te ver van het metrostation Velazques. Goede draadloze verbinding, maar je moet ongeveer 10 euro betalen voor 24 uur per dag. Goede afmetingen van de slaapkamer en badkamer. Koffiezetapparaat in de slaapkamer zou waarderen als meer tv-kanalen.	8
