The hotel location is fantastic and The smoking rooms are quite simple, the non-smokers are fantastic. There are too many differences between one and other.	10

The ideal location for a weekend in Madrid, the subway at 50 m and near the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor and the Prado. This hotel is described and applied as a 4 star price, it is not at all. It is a 3 star at most. The value for money is very bad. Beware of the noise you hotel is surrounded by two large arteries if the noise bothers youre not there. Being in Paris, I was not shocked.	6

Was very good for our group to its convenient location to train station Puerta de Atocha, next day early morning we had a train connection. According to information from two independent reception staff was on Sunday, breakfast is only from 8.00, although we had to leave early. There was no offer for a Notfrühstück. Nevertheless, the restaurant was then already at 7.30 full. Crowds and overworked staff at breakfast! Scrambled eggs, there was only on order (in a 4-star hotel!), Bread rolls were not there. The two lifts were not just the onslaught, much too langsam.So something I have not yet experienced. Unfortunately, the young fellow laid hands on checkout then the volume, as we had not hardly understand her rudimentary English and ask. The other gentlemen at the front desk spoke English poorly.	5

Location, cleanliness, treatment of staff, full breakfast, good value for money and the chance to take a superior room for a small fee may habandonarla mid-afternoon. Small noise from the street, is what has to be in the middle of a big city.	8

Its location near the Atocha station and the subway and you can walk to the heart. As is so great, the lifts were quite apurats rush hour.	7

Excellent location for sightseeing, good value for money. Do not miss the breakfast really abundant and varied. and the cleanliness of the room is outstanding. other thing to highlight is the double door in the room that allows you to isolate outside noise.	9

Modern and soundproof. Breakfast is varied, good and plentiful. Good location. The capacity of the lifts is just sometimes have to wait long enough.	8

The breakfast was very good and I liked the location of the hotel. Is very close to Atocha station and also near the historic center with many restaurants and bars (10 min walk). The rooms are quite large, but at night there is enough noise of traffic if you have a room next to the street.	8

Best of all, location. The breakfast was also good. The bedroom. At first they gave us one and when we had two suitcases??. Someone who had left or had arrived? De nabijheid van de grote 3 musea, het Reina Sofia, het Thyssen-Bornemisza en het Museo Prado. We hadden geen goed welkom en het NH Nacional in Madrid. Het personeel was erg ongeïnteresseerd en onbeschoft. Ze gaven ons een rookruimte toen we specifiek had gevraagd om een rookvrije kamer toen we geboekt. Toen we de kamer waren we (verteld in een zeer sarcastische manier geweigerd) dat het niet roken-verzoek in uw reservering was slechts een suggestie en niet een verzoek van de gast. We kregen te horen dat het hotel vol was en dat we zouden onze bagage achterlaten bij de balie en kom later terug om te zien of ze gevonden hadden ons een andere kamer. We konden dan ook geen verandering van onze lange reis en hebben een douche en had om het hoofd in de stad moe, vies en chagrijnig. Tegen de tijd hadden we een rondreis door de Reina Sofia museum hadden ze onze kamer klaar!	7

Het s locatie. Het was erg in de buurt van de drie belangrijkste musea van Madrid, vermeerderd met de metrohalte was amper twee minuten en drie haltes van Sol, het centrum van Madrid. Er waren ook vele keuzen van de plaatsen om te eten rondom het hotel. Vanuit het hotel s website en misschien zelfs op uw website, leek het erop dat er een pc die gasten mochten gebruiken voor gratis, maar het was t vrij. Het kost € 5 voor 15 minuten gebruik.	9

gratis mini-bar, was een aardige bonus van het hotel en ze gaven ons dat zonder extra kosten, ze moeten van advertized het ook. Ontbijt buffet was uitstekend en inbegrepen. geen zwembad	9

Het hotel s locatie is uitstekend voor museumbezoekers. Het is ook op loopafstand van de belangrijkste winkelstraten. De kamer was te warm gedurende 3 van de 4 nachten verbleven we. De air-conditioner/fan leek niet te werken.	8

De kamer was groot genoeg om comfortabel verblijf. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is ideaal voor een korte stedentrip. De badkamer deur was niet in staat om gesloten te blijven. Er was geen douche-cap, enz. die zou heel nuttig zijn. De kamer was een klein donker als het interieur te maken met een rechter te bekijken.	7

De kamer was zeer comfortabel, schoon en het ontbijt was perfect. Het is ook heel dicht bij de metro en andere historische plaatsen. Dus vervoer was voor ons erg gemakkelijk. Het personeel kan niet goed Engels te spreken, het was t makkelijk om te communiceren. Ze hadden t geeft geen informatie over het hotel of de stad. Ze gaf enkel onze kamer kaart. Toen we vroegen dat, indien zij hadden een plattegrond van de stad, daarna gaven ze het aan ons. Maar het personeel in ons hotel in Barcelona was zeer vriendelijk, gaf veel informatie over de stad en rondleidingen door de stad en ook zeer smiley.	7

Een zeer mooi hotel dicht bij het treinstation, op slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het Prado Museum, in de buurt van Botanische tuin. Perfecte locatie tegenover het Atocha station, de metro, Madrid zicht bustour blijft in de buurt van het hotel. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet was prima, 15 minuten gratis internet. We dachten dat het was excellent value for money (speciale zomer-tarief met gratis minibar) en We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier. Nee.	9

Zeer dicht bij het Prado Museum en de Botanische Tuinen. Een korte wandeling naar de rest van het oude Madrid. Zeer luidruchtig en de kamer was erg klein.	6

De gunstige ligging Receptie personeel drong aan op een mijn paspoort zien, terwijl ik hebben altijd gereisd binnen de Schengen-groep op mijn militair identiteitsbewijs en laat orders (zoals passend is in de Status of Forces Agreement). Ik triomfeerde over de bureaucratie dreigt te pas na mijn reservering te annuleren.	6

De locatie was geweldig. Het was dicht bij alles. Kamers een beetje klein. Fijn voor twee personen, maar niet voor drie.	9
