The location, magnificent. The single room, very small, I could barely move. The noise of the street, terrible, the room opened into a traffic light and had no double glazing so that sleeping little. To make matters worse, the hotel staff tells you not to go up to the room with a person who is not staying. Mal gave me roll history. It is not for the times.	6

Id been before and I love its location and is clean. Besides, this time I got a room in a top floor and therefore quieter with respect to external noise. The staff this time, as before, treated me very well. The sound insulation between rooms is sometimes not good.	8

The hotel is very well located (in downtown), near the subway, and ideal for exploring the city on foot or night out. The staff is friendly, efficient and responsive to customer needs. The jacuzzi is part of a suite (there is no jacuzzi available to other hotel guests.) The breakfast room has no windows.	8

The room was on the top floor and had no noise and eaccedia tanks through a card elevator. That had no heating in the bathroom.	7

Central hotel close to metro, good facilities, bedroom with queen-size beds, good treatment of staff, if not normal but all have been very kind. thanks living room a bit small	8

Very good location, friendly staff, offering a full breakfast and enough spacious rooms, choose between smokers and non-smoking rooms Virtually any spaansspekend staff and rooms with no furniture drawers to store small items	9

The location is excellent, the breakfast is good and the rooms are fine. Nice modern look with an amazing wall to the bathroom.	8

Uitzicht vanuit raam van de slaapkamer naar beneden in de Plaza San Isabel & over naar Opera. ~ Twee minuten van de belangrijkste metro. Goede keuze van het zijnde automaten in de buurt. Centraal Douche in plaats van bad. Weinig ruimte in de slaapkamer. Onvoldoende nachtkastje (geen lade kleine dingen inch Slippery, gevaarlijke douche gezet cubicle.Shower gehouden zijwaarts uitglijden op de muur.	8

De locatie is zeer centraal, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers goed uitgerust en schoon. Goede bedden. Er waren wat problemen met de elektriciteit. Kaarten aan de zaal heb t altijd open. /	9

Mijn verloofde en ik verbleven in hotel Opera afgelopen weekend! Groot hotel, geweldig personeel, geweldige locatie! We hebben genoten van elke minuut in Madrid:)	10

Locatie goed voor de algemene sightseeing. Bar vroege sluitingstijd voor de bewoners.	6
