Located in the heart of the historic center of the city, whithin walking distance from the socall "Triangle of Art" formed by the city¿s main museums (El Prado, Reina Sofia Modern Art Museum and Thyssen Bornemitza contemporaneous art museum). Offers 169 well-equipped rooms with television, phone, DSL internet connection, air-conditioning and bathroom.

Location is excellent, good service, good rooms, good breakfast, overall a very good atmosphere breakfast cost is high	9

Our room was on the top floor, no windows, only two light-trap. Only one opened at 5 cm room was very dark. Internet works only on the cable that was attached to the wall, so had to sit against the wall. The restaurant was very expensive and not so good. Good location	8

Very pleased that the staff speak English, I like the design of the hotel Very small rooms, too expensive for breakfast, and when you pay around 150 euros per night you expect, at least, that breakfast is included in the price	6

It is well located and the rooms were very high. The staff was very friendly and courteous.	9

We are the second time in this hotel, we all like. Good staff, bar. Many restaurants and bars poblizosi. It is easy to get to the subway.	10
