Constructed in the style of an Andalusian village, the 274-room hotel is set in 55.000m (around 11 acres) of lush subtropical landscaped gardens, gently cascading down to the Mediterranean Sea. The guest accommodation is extremely spacious whilst each room has a private terrace. Located on the southern coast of Spain, on the Costa del Sol, in the heart of a residential area between Marbella and Puerto Banus known as ''Golden Mile''.
The heart of the hotel and its social focus is the authentic roman bridge (Puente Romano) from which the property takes its name. The ancient artifact is the only remaining structure of a road which linked Cadiz with Rome.
