The 4 star Hotel is a former ancestral house dating from the end of the XVIII century dedicated to the production of wines which over its 200 years of existence has undergone diverse modifications and extensions; the last one realized in the year of 2001 has converted the country estate El Juncal into a Hotel Cellar which occupies 8.000sqm of land. El Juncal has revolutionized the concept of rural ambience contrasting the traditional with the modern; conserving the original structure combining it with an avant garde interior character with minimalist architecture. Straight lines and white walls that play with the light combined with a designed decor in pastel shades give the result of a wonderful ambience; warm; comfortable and pleasing. The eleven rooms nine of them in the main house and the other two as another concept in the garden have the same spaciousness but a different layout.
