Very good connection to the old town. Tram to the hotel entrance, to solve Zytglogge Short, quick follow-train. Somewhat poor is the selection of the breakfast buffet, especially for a 4-star hotel. In addition comes the small-sized service personnel to the normal requirements for adequately. Serious shortcoming: The shower doors are obviously worn out, they simply do not close. Result: Did the woman showered first, the man is in a large puddle in front of shower cubicle. Applies to more than just a room, have not been established because of the number of room only at all, because the defect is obvious. When the time is fixed, well recommended.	2
