Burcu Kaya Hotel (Capadoccia, Turkey)

This larger hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the Ortahisar town centre and its natural castle. It is a lovely stone building surrounded by pretty views of the countryside. All rooms have private en suite, TV and minibar, and there are rooms with a balcony available. There are both Standard size rooms available, as well as the larger suites. There are also arched rooms along with ordinary style. The rooms have simple but nice decor, and the windows give off lovely light, while the stone keeps the rooms at a pleasant temperature. The corridors and stairwells are also carved from the rock, and provide a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant inside is very large, with an attractive arched bar, and there is also seating and a bar outside by the pool, which has a lovely view of the local fairy chimneys. There is a beautifully tended and decorated garden just through the entrance of the hotel where guests may sit and relax while taking advantage of the hotel's services. A stay here will be very comfortable, and Uchisar is located close to Urgup and Goreme, so guests can enjoy the quiet life, while still having easy access to anything else they might need
