Hotel Sultanahmet Sarayi -Sultanahmet Palace- is the only hotel in the old city with its large garden facing directly blue mosque and enchanting with its unique old mansion looking architecture. The major highlights and historical sights -i.e. St Sophia/ Hippodrom/ Topkapi Palace/ Archeological museum/ Underground Cisterns and many more- are only 3-5 min. and grand bazaar 10 min. away on foot. Mosaic museum is just across the road. Standard room size is between 15-20 square meters. All rooms are with en suite WC/ ottoman hammam style bathrooms covered with marble. The hand-held shower is also available and there is no bathtub in our rooms. There are 6 deluxe rooms and they are larger than standard rooms -21-26sqm. 3 of them are facing directly blue mosque and the other 3 deluxe rooms are with private balcony and overlooking the entrance of the Bosphorus and Marmara sea along with Asian shores and Princes islands.
