We asked hotel to pick us up at Kayseri airport, but nobody there. We waited for 2 hours in coldweather. The manager did not apologize to us for this, even asked us to pay pick-up fee. We refused it. The room is really small, not enough space to open suitcase.and lady at front is unfreindly, not worth to pay this amount.: I asked the hotel to pick up Kaizeri airport, not everyone in the cold, waiting for two hours was. Managed - Ya no apology from that billed charges were welcome, but it refused. Rooms are clean, the suitcase - so difficult to narrow the opening, the front woman was very unfriendly. I thought not worth paying to stay at this price - Mashita.
Breakfast is OK, The room is very clean and location is ideal.: There are many types of breakfast is good. The rooms are clean, the location was ideal.
