In Palmira-Palace we stopped three times. Very comfortable, my birthday was a success - with a greeting from the hotel. Liked and spa, and service. But the book - obviously not a strong side hotel. The story is - my husbands birthday, July 11, reserve a room on July 13. A manager - make a prepayment.Lets account - No, you do not have working e-mail, get it on a working fax machine and pay the 13th. As the 13th? Ill be traveling to you. Yes, book with the 13th, but still pay. 13th gathering of children and are going. On the way we solve clarify - how to advance, if we are booked for today. The answer - a book, your order with the 20 th.And where am I with the children? To his credit - and the clerk has placed us and our children. I liked everything: the territory of well-groomed, beach, pool, spa - all clean and beautiful, Swedish table is excellent, the youngest child of the playroom is not getting out, the senior did not come from the spa, beach entertainers kids entertained day and night.We decided to leave here, book two rooms for a week - and a child with his grandmother. Prepayment for two rooms, booking from 10 th August. Further events are moving so - my grandmother (my mother husband) died the morning of August 7. There.After the funeral, the 9 th of August, call the hotel and inform you that come the 10 th can not, cause also inform manager responds without hesitation - a fine of 75%. Now, if canceled - we would have returned the money. Just a person was told that would be better if we did not come. By the way, fine - at the discretion of the administration.
