The Conference Suites at the Imperial Hotel have been designed to provide the best facilities for small conferences, sales meetings, training seminars, syndicate work, product launches, board meetings, exhibitions, receptions, banquets and dinners - in fact most occasions in the businessmans calendar. The equipment available includes overhead projector and screen, microphone and stand, colour TV with video player, a lectern and extension leads, and the hotel can arrange other specialist audio equipment for which a small charge may be made. Telephone, fax, photocopying, ISDN and typing facilities are available and notepads, pencils, iced water, cordials and mints are supplied. The Imperial is renowned for the quality of its cuisine and menus are available at all levels, from the modest buffet through to a full luncheon or dinner. Meals can be served either in the the Sandown or Victoria Suites to suit your conference requirements - or, of course, smaller numbers can dine in the quiet intimacy of the hotels Rambouillet Restaurant. The Imperials experienced staff will take care of every detail to ensure your conference runs smoothly. If you need a photographer, or menus printed, or transport arranged to local facilities, airports, stations, you only have to ask us. We even have special arrangements with the local golf club if your programme allows you time for such relaxation. As an independent hotel managed by the owners, nothing is too much trouble.
