Having booked on the internet, and obliged to leave before the 7am restaurant opening, I received a box with 2 rolls, a pad of butter & jelly, suspect salami & cheese. No adjustment possible on the £20 breakfast charge? No sir.
I will never return.

Staff not professional at all.the big typical english rooms would be nice if they were cleaner, a long trip to get there with the tube from the center + from the tube station to the hotel by walk (in salita!)...oh and I forgot my cashmire sweater in the hotel I immediately called and they said they had found it but when I went back to get it they said they had thrown it...and pretended there was no director to talk with...

Great location but evidently ALL rooms are superior! I found this confusing because in order to be superior then some rooms would have to be either average or inferior. I am not sure what rooms they are comparing to, definitely not superior to other large chain hotel rooms.
