Very nice view of Parliament from the room and restaurant. Staff lovely, if not always effective. Good bedding. I have not tried the pool but it is, after my companion, extraordinary. The decor of the hallways and rooms are spartan: long bare walls, wallpaper low range even in the bathroom, breakfast very poorly organized and not very tasty - but very expensive! I made other luxury hotels in London, it is the least satisfactory for the price.	7

Exceptional location at the quiet. Beautiful room, clean and very comfortable. Swimming pool 25 meters long, the kids loved. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me for my credit card. With authority and without telling me she performs several transactions of warranty for 3 nights for a total of over 3,000 euros!! Result: my card Master Card was immediately blocked and denied everywhere during my stay in London and two weeks after my return. No serious and revolting.	9

The hotel liked the staff polite, friendly, the hotel has a swimming pool, very pleased. The hotels location is great, 3 minutes walk to the Parliament, Westminster Abbey. Near Metro	10

Different shape and direction of the window because the room, if you stick to the scenery must be confirmed Staff and was a great hotel and location and see Big Ben from the window.	9
