Location
The resort is centrally located with mountains to the north and the prestigious Biltmore Estates and Golf Club surrounding the perimeter. Both downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are located within a 15-minute drive. The resort is just 13 kilometres from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Facilities
This beautiful luxury desert oasis resort is set on 16 hectares of manicured gardens. The stylish hotel was renovated in 2009 and offers 738 spacious guest rooms spread across 3 floors. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, café, hairdressers' salon, bar, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet and WLAN access, as well as room and laundry services. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground. This resort is ideal for a family for relaxation and pampering. There is a daily shuttle service to Biltmore Fashion Park available to guests. Parking facilities are also available.
Rooms
Rooms start at 122 m² and include deluxe furnishings, robes, minibar, cable TV, high-speed Internet access, double, queen or king-size beds, a safety deposit box and an iron/ironing board. The bathrooms come with tub/shower and hairdryer. Villas also include fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces, spacious patios, vaulted ceilings and 1 or 2 bedrooms.

The hotel has 8 pools in total, including the sport pool for water volleyball. The paradise pool consists of 3 pools with a 28 m water slide. Tennis, aerobics, a gym, mountain biking, basketball, minigolf, golf, as well as entertainment and activity programmes for both young and old are also offered. A cabana can also be rented from the hotel.

Many dining options are available on site, including Wright's at the Biltmore, which is open nightly for dinner and Sundays for brunch. Biltmore grill and Patio is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
