The location is good, right in the middle of the nicest place in hanoi, hotel is very neat and comfortable. Highly recommended. Something confusing is that we were told we would stay in the same room without worrying about anything even though I made two bookings with the same hotel (for 4 consecutive nights) but we received a msg at the last day of the first booking says we should check out, in the end we had to talk to the receptionist and recheck in the hotel again.	8

Too far from downtown, the hotel was provided by the taxi, the taxi driver all the way on purpose Back	4
